I doubt that eating tons of easy carbs is a healthy thing for your body though. And white carbs are easy/fast carbs. Blood sugar constantly gets hit by that. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27301981

Don’t really care what research says lol. About anything tbh I value inner intuition and beliefs far more than outer evidence. Prob wouldn’t Eat as many carbs if I weren’t as active however.  5 times a week lift 2x cardio 6x yoga .That’s like 12 hours exercise per week
